Already a dominating force in the water filtration category, Brita was interested in developing new products and new ways to engage the existing consumer, while growing its base and generating incremental growth. They approached playworkgroup to define the target customer and imagine innovative ways to deliver clean, healthy water.
We began by looking at the brand afresh, from a fashion and lifestyle perspective, with the intent to offer products for every stage of life and for every member of the family. Our Brita Life creative strategy outlined this concept for brand positioning and established a platform to address every aspect of a consumer’s daily experience.
From brand books to product development, customer profiles to brand extensions, trend forecasting to analyses, new packaging to retailer partnerships (Target), we have worked behind-the-scenes with the in-house team to help identify the most important areas for growth, and deliver high-concept design and demonstrated results.
